On January 24, 2020, Judge Garrison with the 157th Judicial District Court in Harris County Texas granted our Temporary Restraining Order preserving evidence at the explosion scene. Our firm has also been granted special access with our experts to conduct an investigation into the root cause of the explosion. This order requires Watson Grinding and Manufacturing Company to immediately preserve any and all evidence in its current condition, without any alteration, modification or change.
