Ryan Loya

Litigation Attorney

Ryan Loya was born and raised in Houston, Texas where he competed as a two-sport athlete in high school. Ryan received his bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University and graduated from South Texas College of Law. During his tenure at South Texas College of Law, Ryan competed as a varsity mock trial, moot court, and arbitration advocate winning a number of advocacy and briefing awards for one of the most prestigious advocacy programs in the country. Ryan was an active member of the Hispanic Law Students Association and was elected President in his final year.

Ryan has focused his legal career on personal injury law and has tried multiple cases to jury verdicts. Two months after being licensed, Ryan was in the courtroom where he tried and won his first case. Since then, he has gained substantial experience in all aspects of civil litigation. Ryan has successfully represented clients in personal and commercial auto wrecks, wrongful death, industrial injury, offshore injury, propane explosion, and legal malpractice cases. His work has resulted in the recovery of millions of dollars for those clients.
