Todd W. Phares was born in Phoenix, Arizona and has lived in Houston, Texas for over 30 years. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1990. Mr. Phares received his Juris Doctorate degree from South Texas College of Law in 1994 where he was a strong member of the moot court and mock trial teams.

Mr. Phares has focused his legal career primarily on personal injury litigation and has tried numerous cases to successful jury verdicts. He joined the Firm as a litigation associate, handling all aspects of trial and pre-trial work. As a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Mr. Phares is highly dedicated to serving his clients in a personal, efficient and agressive manner.
