Jim Joseph

Jim A. Joseph is an Associate at Kwok Daniel Ltd., LLP with a wide range of experience in corporate and tax law assisting both start-up ventures and established businesses.  Jim was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 2002.  After graduation, Jim began his career in Irving, Texas as a Network Systems Engineer for Northrop Grumman Corporation Information Technology division.  In 2005, Jim moved to Washington, D.C. to complete his law degree at Georgetown University in 2008, where he served on the Editorial Board of the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal and as Vice-President of the South Asian Law Students Association.

Prior to joining Kwok Daniel, Ltd., LLP, Jim worked as a corporate tax attorney with Vinson & Elkins, LLP in their Business Transactions group assisting on matters involving mergers and acquisitions, international taxation, tax controversy, capital markets, financing and tax-exempt organizations.

In his spare time, Jim enjoys traveling, playing poker, and is an avid golfer who serves as Vice-President and General Counsel for the Indo-American Golf League, Inc.
