Joaquín R. Pérez was born and raised in Houston, Texas. In 1995, Mr. Pérez graduated from the University of Houston, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. In 2001, Mr. Pérez received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and soon after returned home to begin his legal career. He is licensed to practice law in Texas, and is a member of the American, Texas and Houston Bar Associations, as well as the Texas Young Lawyers Association and Mexican-American Bar Association. Mr. Pérez works with the Pre-Litigation section of Robert Kwok & Associates, L.L.P. His practice includes personal injury law, family law and probate.
