William W. Hoke

William W. Hoke was born in Houston, Texas and raised in Waller, Texas.  Mr. Hoke comes from a long family line of offshore oil rig workers and offshore pipeline welders, and his dad is a longstanding member of the Local 798 Pipeliners Union.  During college, Mr. Hoke  also worked in the oilfield - building, repairing  and servicing oilfield equipment both inland and offshore.  Mr. Hoke has drawn upon his actual oilfield work experience in successfully handling dangerous workplace lawsuits against British Petroleum (BP). 

Mr. Hoke earned his BBA in Business Management from Texas A&M University in 2000.  Mr. Hoke earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 2004.  While at South Texas, Mr. Hoke actively participated in Varsity Mock Trial and Moot Court and served as an Officer on the Board of Advocates from 2002 – 2004. Additionally, Mr. Hoke has been selected as a member of Who’s Who Among American Law Students and Who’s Who Among American Professionals. .

Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Hoke worked as an associate attorney for a prominent Houston personal injury law firm, specializing in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice and product defects. Mr. Hoke joined Robert Kwok and Associates, L.L.P. in 2006 and now leads the firm's litigation group, primarily focusing on personal injury trial law.  His Bar Admissions include: Texas (2004), U.S. District Court Northern District of Texas and the U.S. District Court Southern District of Texas.  Mr. Hoke is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the American Bar Association, the State of Texas Bar Association and the Houston Young Lawyers Association.  Additionally, Mr. Hoke is a member of Delta Theta Phi legal fraternity.  In April 2010, H Texas Magazine named Mr. Hoke as one of Houston's top lawyers.

When Mr. Hoke is away from the office, he enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with family and friends.

Soft tissue car wreck case against Farmers, approx. $4,800.00 in medical expenses.  Mr. Hoke argued for $20,300.00.  Jury returned verdict on May 10, 2010 for nearly $25,000.00, after interest and costs. Plaintiff will move for entry of judgment of nearly $30,000.00.  Stowers letter sent.
