Robert S. Kwok graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in 1993, and immediately joined forces with a legendary trial lawyer.  Within a few years, Mr. Kwok left to start Robert Kwok & Associates, LLP with one paralegal and 300 square feet of office space.  After a series of expansions, the Firm has grown to 10 lawyers and over 20 employees.  In the Fall of 2004, the Firm began architectural plans for building out 15,000 square feet of Class A space at the new United Commerical Bank Building in the heart of Houston’s Chinatown. 

In October 2005, the Firm completed the build-out and took over the top floor of the Concord Bank Building.  The Firm’s presence in Houston's Chinatown has grown over the years as the Firm actively participates and sponsors local community activities including the Asian American Bar Association and the Miss Chinatown Pageant.

Mr. Kwok speaks fluent Mandarin and Taiwanese, and is learning basic Cantonese, Vietnamese and Spanish.  Mr. Kwok serves and leads Houston’s Asian Community, as a past president of the Asian American Bar Association, and former board member. Mr. Kwok actively supports Asian candidates for public office, and is a former judge and sponsor of Houston’s Miss Chinatown Pageant.
